Hog Heaven Oven Pulled Pork
1. John Henry’s Big Daddy Smoke House Rub
2. John Henry’s Texas Pig Rub
3. Barnett Specialty BBQ Sauce
1 Boneless or Bone-in Boston Butt Roast or Pork Shoulder 4 to 5 LBS.
3-4 oz. of John Henry’s Big Daddy’s Smoke House or Texas Pig Rub
12 oz. John Henry’s App;e Cider Marinade
Step 1 In a bowl combine seasoning and marinade
Step 2 Place Pork Butt in the Marinade mixture on all side, coat and cover in the mixture and then place in a zip lock bag for 4 hours or overnight.
Step 3 Heat oven to 450 degrees, Roast for 1 hour then remove pork butt. Cover the roasting pan tightly with foil, reduce heat to 325 degrees.
Step 4 Cook for another 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until the pork is very tender and easy to shred with a fork
Step 5 Remove the pork from the liquids, shred and pour Barnett Specialty BBQ Sauce all over the hot pulled pork
